Are You Ready to Build Resilience and Thrive?
Stay On shows you how.
One of the things I value most in life is community. Community helped me thrive and build resilience during my own cancer journey.
As I launched Stay On into the world, the wonderful members of my community hosted a book blessing ceremony for me.
I read selected passages from the book, we sang, shared words of affirmation, and essentially celebrated each other, and the wisdom we have accumulated through our diverse but interconnected lives. I share this brief video with you in the hope you’ll feel a sense of community as well. Dancing and singing the Hokey Pokey at the end was spontaneous, not part of the program. That’s just how we roll.
Receiving a new cancer diagnosis is often overwhelming for patients and the people who love them.
Sometimes it feels like the world has turned upside down.
Suddenly and unexpectedly, you’re required to make crucial decisions regarding a medical team and treatment plan.
But, you’re not alone. I’ve been in your shoes, and I’ll share with you what I’ve learned.
I know you have answers to your questions within you, and through this book, I’ll help you find them.
Stay On is a roadmap. Through its pages you’ll learn how to:
- Cultivate resilience even during a health crisis
- Make decisions with confidence
- Enlist your healing dream team
- Support your body through treatment and healing
- Organize all the information you are receiving
- Create a healing environment
- Thrive throughout the process
