Private Resilience Mentorship 

The first step in the Resilience Mentorship Program is for us to get to know one another.

The first step in embodying HeartMath is practicing Inner Balance.

What is a Resilience Mentor?

Whether you or a loved one is experiencing illness or would just like to relieve the stress in your life in the midst of a pandemic. I’m eager to share with you how to use HeartMath so you can thrive with grace and ease amidst inevitable change. This will likely be a four-week time together.

We’ll discuss how this system of tools and techniques will help bring your physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional systems into balanced alignment with your heart’s intuitive guidance. This practice was essential to my recovery, and I am passionate about sharing its transformative power with others.  

This private mentoring program is based on the HeartMath® system and the book, Building Personal Resistance.

Our sessions are tailored to meet your specific needs and are a relaxed exchange in which we discuss your goals for our time together and create a plan to achieve those goals.

Our sessions will address your specific concerns but may include some of the following based on your preferences: 

  • Exploring the Idea of Resilience and Why it is Important
  • Journaling to Find Harmony and a Holistic Perspective
  • Techniques for Maintaining Personal Energy
  • Shifting from Depletion to Renewal
  • Listening from the Heart
  • Setting Healthy Boundaries with Loved Ones
  • Techniques for Increasing Self-Compassion
  • How to Create a Comprehensive Healing Dream Team
  • Communication with Doctors & Record Keeping
  • Supporting Yourself Beyond Traditional Medical Treatment
  • Practicing Gratitude
  • Exploring How Nutrition and Exercise Enhances Your Healing

We can meet either via telephone, or video conference using Zoom. Zoom is easy to use but does require a computer, tablet, or smartphone, and access to a webcam. You can choose whichever option is most comfortable for you.

Throughout the mentorship program will explore:

  • Your values and how they inform your life
  • What circumstances and relationships drain you and how you are fulfilled and energized
  • Your health or caregiving situation and the decisions you would like to make to help you thrive with grace and ease
  • HeartMath techniques you can use to increase your resilience and transform your response to challenging situations
  • The use of the Inner Balance™  feedback app and device to support you as you learn powerful new techniques and tools to help you thrive where you are

Before we begin the program, I will send you:

  • A workbook and suggest ways you can prepare for our time together
  • Information on how to connect
  • A journal in which you can record your questions and thoughts

Deepening Your Practice

You will learn what you need throughout these four weeks. However, sometimes ongoing support and inspiration may be helpful over time. Our lives get busy, and sometimes we forget to use the tools that help us along the way. After your private mentoring you may schedule additional private sessions as needed.
